I’ve just released Bright Lights (Charity Record) — an EP created to raise awareness around epilepsy and absence seizures, in support of Epilepsy Action UK.

This project is deeply personal. I live with absence seizures, which originally inspired both this record and my long-term commitment to epilepsy awareness and advocacy.

Bright Lights is one song explored across five distinct styles, designed to connect with diverse audiences, spark conversation, and use music as a tool for impact, education, and fundraising.

If this record helps even one person feel seen, understood, or supported — it has done its job.

Epilepsy Action is a national charity supporting people with epilepsy across the UK. They provide life-changing support through their helpline, Talk & Support Groups, 1:1 Peer Support, as well as campaigning for better healthcare and greater awareness of epilepsy.

 The charity’s aim is to create a ‘World Without Limits’ for people with epilepsy. By 2030, Epilepsy Action wants all people with epilepsy in the UK to say their lives have improved, and everyone in the UK to know what epilepsy is and how they can support people living with epilepsy.
