Can I have a witness? If you are spiritual in any form this may apply to you too. I find that as an empath – we attract narcissists.
Their goal is to lie, steal, confuse, and destroy – leaving us abused, and feeling used. But the joke is on the Narc, cuz – nobody sows groundnuts and reaps, sugarcane ..’
It’s against all universal and natural laws of life and karma. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. You can run from it but you can’t hide from it.
You can’t violate universal laws without reverberating consequences galore. The only language a narcissist understands – is offence. Do not waste your time defending yourself unless you want to be hovered over with their flying monkeys.
One thing I am getting to is, just because you are a believer, or spiritual, does not mean you are not allowed to express your emotions, or get angry.
Even the ‘Christian God’ got angry, and so did Jesus. Channel it constructively, not destructively. Don’t get gaslighted with ‘You love God’, so you become a narcissist’s door mat. God is love; and love, gets angry too. In fact, loves heart get’s deeply troubled – regretfully, too. Read Genesis 6:6.

Just saying. Go for the offense in a controlled safe environment to protect yourself and cut that cancer for good unless you are a doormat. Narcissists don’t do empathy, accountability or shame. It hurts their pride.
So, let them know – it’s game up. That moment when you snap out of manipulation and all kinds of emotional and physical abuse by a narcissist who plays the victim.
