Some times you need to take a step back to see from a different perspective what God is trying to make you see ..’

I learned to day – greatly – to take care of my soul. Cuz some people will take it from you and crush it if you let them. Keyword! Focus! Set your goals and focus on them. Don’t let them go or out of your sight!

Sometimes we loose the very things that are for us cuz we keep looking everywhere else :: it starts with us :: that’s when folks get it :: that’s when we get it. It’s a good day :: and there is good in everything I see. Nothing but blissful love.

Wasting your time with players is becoming one yourself. Just let them go and stick to what you do best :: which is being yourself around them. Let them carry on with their games till they get played away by someone else.

Let the amateur fake friends landscaping for info fools, on cheap payroll, continue to project their high school, dubious, intentions; think, they are opaque.

Do not envy evil. One day evil will envy itself. Spread love❤️👆🏾.

A friend shared this with me on social media recently. Thought I would do the same:

Do you know that lions only succeed in a quarter of their hunting attempts — which means they fail in 75% of their attempts and succeed in only 25% of them.

Despite this small percentage shared by most predators, they don’t despair in their pursuit and hunting attempts.

The main reason for this is not because of hunger as some might think but it is the understanding of the “Law of Wasted Efforts” that has been instinctively built into animals, a law in which nature is governed.

Half of the eggs of fish are eaten… half of the baby bears die before puberty… most of the world’s rains fall in oceans… and most of the seeds of trees are eaten by birds.

Scientists have found that animals, trees, and other forces of nature are more receptive to the law of “wasted efforts”.

Only humans think that the lack of success in a few attempts is failure… but the truth is that: we only fail when we “stop trying”.

If there is a word that summarizes this world, it will simply be: continue all over again.

Domestic abusers are delusional narcissists👌🏾🎶🙄💯🙄. Typical. #COVID2019 made this disease trend. The games, shenanigans and psychological evil.

They are never introspective on accountability. Yet, they project blame on their target with self entitlement for compassion. Selfish in their judgement. Very naive. I rather keep it moving.

Am too grown to be caught up in other people’s traumas, or unresolved, deflected triggers. Am not their shrink.

So I will absolve myself by doing me authentically with kindness and uttermost self care. When it’s too much for a blessed burden, I will hold onto my innermost peace with creative solitude enthroned in beautiful greatness.

It does not mean I signed up for domestic abuse from anyone. Nor, do I owe anyone explanation for such ignorance they love to enjoy. Not my problem. May love lead the way.

Many vulnerable people suffer abuse from their carers, or closest confidents and relatives.

Abusers will always blame their target and play the victim even thou they control the narrative from the beginning to the bitter end with unresolved detailed insightful manipulative deflected triggers and traumas of their own.

Narcissists don’t understand ‘nuance’. Even if you spell it out for them, no matter how, or, how many times. They are too self absorbed with their grandiose delusions of self importance to have any self awareness to do ‘nuance’.

They need professional help & psychological evaluation. Not your nuance, or (rational) conversations. You will be wasting your time & breath there – otherwise.

Their goal is to drag you two inches below the gutter to wollow in the mire of their own (sociopathy) delusions. Nobody has time for that.

Narcissists are bullies. Cognitive dissonance is their playground. This is their trigger. Narcissists don’t like the truth. This will annoy them because this is true. The truth hurts. Like I said. Not my problem👏🏿💖.

We know that people of African and African Caribbean descent in Lambeth are more likely to be unemployed and more likely to have poor health.

One of the key drivers of these inequalities is structural racism.

As a result, in collaboration with Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Charity (GSTC), *Black Thrive* is developing community-led solutions for improving employment outcomes for Black people with long-term conditions.

Our goal is to ensure that Black people in Lambeth with long-term conditions are as likely to be in and sustain, meaningful employment as equivalent White people.

*Black Thrive*, led by our Employment Working Group, will distribute £300,000 of grant funding
over two years to improve employment outcomes for Black people with long-term health conditions (LTCs) in Lambeth.

Grants are available for between £1,000 and £50,000 to deliver projects for up to 18 months.

The first round closes at 23:59pm on 14th October 2020.
